Lead - Sales Enablement

About the Role :
We are looking for a strategic and digitally fluent professional to lead Enterprise Sales Enablement with a focus on digital transformation of sales systems and processes.
This role will own the design, deployment, and optimization of sales enablement platforms, CRM tools, performance dashboards and incentive frameworks that drive productivity, accountability and growth across the enterprise sales organization.
You'll enable our Food Services sales teams to operate smarter - using technology, data and insights to plan effectively, engage clients better and win consistently.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Enablement & Digital Transformation :
- Lead the end-to-end digital enablement strategy, driving adoption and impact of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), sales analytics and AI-driven tools.
- Ensure enablement platforms are seamlessly integrated into sales planning, opportunity management and performance tracking.
- Partner with IT, Marketing and Leadership (Country & Group) teams to align digital tools with enterprise sales priorities and reporting needs.
Sales Incentive & Target Setting :
Design and operationalize sales incentive frameworks that are transparent, motivating and business-aligned.Coordinate with Finance and HR to ensure incentive plans support strategic growth and retention objectives.Lead the annual target-setting process, ensuring fairness, accuracy and alignment to territory potential and business priorities.Monitor performance trends, simulate payouts, and recommend continuous improvements to incentive design.Capability Development :
Build digital capability across sales teams through training programs, CRM certification and performance coaching.Improve data quality and ensure accurate customer information is maintained in CRMImprove platform usage & adoptionEnable data-driven selling by promoting strong pipeline management and use of sales analytics.Develop and maintain self-service enablement resources - playbooks, dashboards and best-practice libraries.Sales Insights & Performance Analytics :
Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs including pipeline health, win rates, incentive achievement and tool adoption.Analyze CRM and sales data to generate actionable insights for leadership and field teams.Continuously improve processes to enhance forecast accuracy and sales productivity.Key Role outline :

7-10 years of experience in enterprise sales enablement, sales operations, or digital transformation, preferably within Food Services, Hospitality or B2B Services.Proven experience in CRM management (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), incentive design and target setting.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management abilities.Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and digital learning systems is a plus.Success Measures
