We're backed by 250+ recruiters, proven enterprise clients, and a vision to transform how companies hire and scale globally.
We're looking for 2 exceptional Sales Leaders to join our founding team and drive our growth.
This isn't a typical sales role. You'll own enterprise relationships, shape go-to-market strategy alongside our CEO, and be instrumental in scaling The Jobs Jungle into a global powerhouse.
The Roles
Position 1 : Enterprise Sales Leader – Tunisia (Remote) – France / Europe / UK Markets
Position 2 : Enterprise Sales Leader – Bangalore (Remote for now but expected 1 day in office from next year) – France / Europe / UK Markets
Both roles are
immediate joiners
with equal authority, impact, and compensation. You'll drive enterprise sales across France, Europe, and UK markets while collaborating with each other to accelerate company-wide growth.
What You'll Own
Enterprise Sales (Your Core Mission)
Lead end-to-end sales cycles for mid-market and enterprise clients across France, Europe, and UK
Target and close deals worth €50K–€500K+ annually (recruitment services, platform licensing, Global Capability Center solutions)
Build a robust pipeline of 30–50 qualified prospects at any given time
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and exceed quarterly targets consistently
Relationship Building & Network Leverage
Leverage your extensive professional network to open doors with decision-makers across France / Europe / UK (CHROs, CEOs, Procurement Leaders)
Execute multi-channel outreach : LinkedIn, cold email, networking events, warm introductions
Own client portfolios post-sale, ensuring retention, upsell opportunities, and advocacy
Strategic Impact
Work directly with the CEO on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and product-market fit
Provide market intelligence : what's working in France / Europe / UK, where the demand is, what competitors are doing
Collaborate with Marketing and Recruitment teams to deliver customized solutions
Shape the future of The Jobs Jungle through your insights and execution
Sales Operations & Accountability
Manage CRM meticulously—track pipeline, conversion rates, and deal progression
Generate weekly / monthly reports and forecasts with full transparency
Hit and exceed KPIs : pipeline targets, conversion rates, average deal size, revenue goals
Continuously refine your sales approach based on data and feedback

Who We're Looking For
Your Background
Proven track record :
5+ years closing enterprise / B2B deals, ideally in HR, recruitment, SaaS, or staffing
Deep market expertise :
You know the France / Europe / UK HR landscape, key players, pain points, and buying cycles
Hunter mentality :
You thrive on opening new doors, building relationships, and closing deals—not managing existing accounts
Network :
Extensive connections with HR leaders, CHROs, Procurement managers, or enterprise buyers across France / Europe / UK
Your Skills
Fluency in English + French (preferred for Europe / France market penetration) (Candidates applying from India French skills does not apply on them)
Advanced sales tech proficiency : Salesforce / Pipedrive / HubSpot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation
Exceptional negotiator with strong presentation and storytelling abilities
Data-driven mindset : you live and breathe KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline metrics
Coachable and collaborative—you'll work with a lean, ambitious founding team
