We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Associate Director, Software Engineering Specialist

In This Role, You Will

• As an Engineering Lead, design, implement, maintain and support a strategic Collateral & Limits Management program within Credit & Capital Management IT Dept within CIB.
• Assist IT & Business Delivery Lead with the overall business technology planning.
• As a technology lead provide guidance to the team to design, develop, test and implement responsive web applications / APIs
• Ensure the quality of deliveries and ensure conformance to processes and practices.
• Delivering well structured, maintainable and fully tested systems to time and budget
• Working through the development and support phases of project delivery.
• Taking ownership of the technical design and associated design documentation and participate in design reviews.
• Mature DevSecOps adoption across the projects closely collaborating with global / regional team, adopting agile and innovative ideas.
