Software Engineering Lead

We are seeking a Software Engineer Lead to guide and mentor a team of engineers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions. This role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and driving continuous improvement across engineering processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle and ensure operational excellence within the team.
• Build, coach, and nurture a high-performing engineering team through mentoring, goal setting, and regular feedback.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management to align team objectives with business and customer needs.
• Provide technical direction and input across SDLC activities such as planning, estimation, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Drive solution design, architecture reviews, and continuous code quality improvement.
• Identify and propose initiatives to improve performance, reduce technical debt, and enhance system security.
• Contribute to hands-on software design and development while supporting team members technically.
• Champion best practices, efficient tooling, and agile processes to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
