Job descriptionCustomer Acquisition : Develop and execute strategies to drive new customer acquisition for the Mutual Fund vertical. Growth Levers : Identify and optimize digital and offline channels to maximize acquisition and engagement. Partnerships : Build and manage ecosystem partnerships to accelerate customer growth. Data-Driven Insights : Leverage analytics to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in acquisition and retention. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, marketing, and business teams to deliver measurable growth outcomes. 6-9 years of proven experience in acquisition and growth roles within the broking industry. Strong understanding of customer acquisition models, digital funnels, and retention strategies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
