Primary Responsibility :

To manage and streamline operational processes for Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Mutual Fund (MF) businesses, ensuring smooth functioning, compliance with regulatory requirements, process optimization, and seamless client servicing.

1. PMS & MF Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations for PMS & MF business including account opening, transaction processing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Ensure accurate execution of trades, settlements, NAV computation, and portfolio valuation.
• Monitor corporate actions (dividends, splits, mergers, buybacks) and ensure timely execution in PMS portfolios.
• Handle transaction lifecycle management for MF subscriptions, redemptions, and switches.
