This team is responsible for growing the penetration of Paytm's PA PG business in the Indian merchants.

Role Details

We're looking for Key Account Managers to spearhead our Online merchant relationships and scale our payments business.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow enterprise merchant accounts
  • Drive upsell & cross-sell of payment solutions (UPI, Cards, Wallets, BNPL, Net Banking, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech & Operations to deliver customized solutions
  • Ensure merchant satisfaction & retention while meeting revenue targets

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ yrs of experience in Key Account Management / Merchant Management
  • Background in Fintech, Payments, B2B Sales, Solution Selling, Payment Partnerships is a must
  • Strong relationship-building & negotiation skills
