Senior Technical Specialist

Job Opportunity :

We are seeking a seasoned technical expert to support the implementation and maintenance of our billing, revenue, and configuration platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in SQL and Python programming languages.

Main Responsibilities :

• Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of the billing, revenue, and configuration modules to meet business requirements.
• Provide ongoing technical support for the platform, addressing issues, performing updates, and optimizing performance.
• Work with integration teams to ensure smooth connections between the platform and enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.
• Develop and maintain custom workflows to automate business processes within the platform, enhancing functionality and efficiency.
• Create and maintain reports to provide insights and support decision-making for the team.
• Conduct end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate integrations to ensure seamless platform performance.
• Analyze, transform, and manage data flows between the platform and other systems using SQL and Python.
• Support automation and accurate reporting within the revenue platform to comply with industry regulations and standards.
• Partner with finance, IT, and operational teams to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure proper adoption of platform tools.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for workflows, configurations, and processes to support system knowledge sharing.
• Monitor system health, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance the reliability and efficiency of platform components.
