We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our non-technical recruitment efforts. This role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in various fields.

This includes Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Drafting, and Construction Project Management.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Sourcing : Identify and engage with potential candidates through proactive networking and job board postings.
  • Candidate Evaluation : Assess candidate skills and qualifications to ensure the best fit for our open positions.
  • Hiring Process : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiation and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on non-technical roles and experience in full-cycle recruitment. Proficiency in evaluating candidates and negotiating offers is essential.

Requirements :
