- Contact potential and existing clients via calls to promote pharmaceutical products and services
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions
- Maintain a database of customer information and follow up regularly
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to implement strategies
