As a Growth Manager (Campus CEO), you'll be the face of one of India's most ambitious career success initiatives for IITians.

We're launching a nationwide initiative to help IITians and top engineers supercharge their careers

through product-led and community-led growth, hands-on prep, real-world assessments, and more.

As a Growth Manager (Campus CEO), you&aposll take complete ownership of growth, traction, PMF, and student success at colleges in the region assigned. You'll work directly with NxtWave's founding team, define the GTM playbook, build grassroots distribution, and create tangible outcomes for students.

• ???? Crack GTM : end-to-end student acquisition, activation, and engagement
• ???? Validate and refine Product-Market Fit on-ground
• ???? Build scalable distribution via student ambassadors, events, and campus communities
• ⚡ Drive product-led and community-led growth initiatives across batches
• ???? Capture and relay on-ground insights to shape product direction
• ???? Ensure measurable outcomes : placements, internships, hackathon wins
