Position Summary
The Product Owner – Presales will be responsible for driving end-to-end ownership of lead generation and presales activities for EdTech products. This role demands a dynamic and ambitious professional who can design and execute multi-channel campaigns, manage cross-functional collaboration, and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified leads that directly contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a graduate from a reputed institution with 2–3 years of experience in marketing or demand generation roles, demonstrating high energy, street smartness, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Acting as the single point of accountability for presales outcomes, the Product Owner will work closely with marketing, sales, product, business operations and external partners to achieve business targets while continuously optimizing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of presales for the assigned product, driving demand generation, lead pipeline creation, and ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly lead targets aligned with business goals.
- Design, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns with complete accountability for quality and volume of leads generated
- Act as the central coordinator for presales outcomes, working closely with channel managers, sales, product, and operations teams to ensure cross functional coordination.
- Regularly analyze campaign and channel performance, publish reports with insights on CPL, CAC, conversion %, and funnel efficiency, and proactively recommend corrective measures to improve lead quality and conversion ratios.
- Own and manage presales budgets across all channels, making data-backed decisions on resource allocation, conducting A / B testing, and optimizing spend to deliver maximum ROI and minimum cost per lead.
- Act as a bridge between multiple stakeholders – presales, business operations, product, content, and sales leadership – ensuring smooth coordination, transparent communication, and quick resolution of bottlenecks that impact lead generation.
- Set up attribution models and dashboards for real-time decision-making, translating data insights into actionable growth levers.
