About the Role :

le : We are looking for a Business Excellence Mana ger wi th 7 to 10 years of experie nce in driving process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in process development, optimization, and continuous improvement methodolog ies. This role plays a key part in identifying performance gaps, streamlining operations, and enabling sustainable business grow

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design, development, and optimization of business proce sses to drive efficiency, quality, and performance.

Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvement strategies aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize proce sses, implement best practices, and ensure process compliance.

Drive continuous improvement initiat ives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.

Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (K PIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented processes.

Support internal and exter nal au dits, ensuring adherence to compliance, quality, and regulatory standard

Facilit ate training sessions and works hops to build a culture of process excellence across the organization.

Required Skills & Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

7–10 years of exper ience in Business Excellence, Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence roles.

Proven experienc e in process development, reengineering, and optimiz a

Hands-on experience with continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.

Proficienc y in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Power BI
