Revenue Manager

Job descriptionStrong knowledge of OTA platforms and channel managers (e.g., Staah, SiteMinder, RateTiger). Understanding of revenue management concepts and hotel pricing strategies. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret booking trends and market data. Attention to detail and accuracy in OTA listings and rate updates. Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and OTA partners. Proficiency in MS Excel and hotel PMS systems is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in OTA management, revenue management, or hotel distribution. Experience in hostels / hotels / resorts preferred. Full-time role. Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update OTA listings (Booking.com, Agoda, Hostelworld, MakeMyTrip, Airbnb, etc.) including descriptions, images, amenities, and promotions.
- Monitor competitor pricing, demand trends, and market conditions to adjust rates and inventory dynamically.
- Implement revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy.
- Ensure rate parity across OTAs, brand website, and direct booking channels.
- Track OTA performance reports and provide insights on booking trends, cancellations, and customer behavior.
- Coordinate with marketing to push seasonal offers, discounts, and campaigns.
- Resolve discrepancies, mapping errors, or listing issues with OTA account managers.
- Optimize property visibility on OTA platforms through ranking improvements, reviews, and response management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
