• 1. AnalyzeAnalyse vendor performance using Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• 2. Provide monthly performance reports for service towers (PTP, OM, ITC, etc.).
• 3. Identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
• 4. Conduct Coordinate quarterly business reviews with vendors.
• 5. Ensure vendor compliance with regulatory requirements.

Relationship Management and Risk Monitoring

• Chair supplier reviews and serve as company point of contact.
• 2. Coordinate internal audits and compliance requests.
• 3. Manage risk mitigation plans .
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• 5. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans(including business continuity plans).

Leadership Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with business, quality and legal leadership.
• Lead negotiation activities for select deals.
• Ensure global compliance with legal, commercial and corporate requirements.
• Champion client-centric negotiation processes.
• Coach executives on global negotiation strategies.
• Develop and manage vendor management team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Additional Responsibilities

• 2. Conduct market research to identify best practices.
• 3. Participate in industry conferences and forums.
• Ensure vendor diversity and inclusion.
• 5. Manage vendor disputes and resolutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
