You will be one of the earliest operations hires , getting exposure across functions and learning how to run a fast-scaling startup from the inside. We also keep the option of equity open down the line for high-performers who want to grow with us.

What We're Looking For :

• 0–1 year of professional experience
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Quick learner, able to adapt in a dynamic startup environment
• Very good skills in Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, pivots, data management)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Prior startup experience, internships, or project exposure is a plus

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include :

Compensation : ₹4–8 LPA, based on relevant experience (Equity options open for the right candidate as part of long-term growth)

What We Offer Beyond CTC :

Please note : This is a full-time, in-office role based in JP Nagar, Bangalore . Working hours are 10 AM – 6 : 30 PM IST , Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays.
