About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented
Channel Partner Sourcing and Closing
to drive residential sales transactions in the
East and South Pune micro-markets like Hadapsar , Mundhwa and Dhanori
Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage
channel partners
to drive consistent lead flow and sales conversions.
Manage the entire sales process from sourcing to closure, including client engagement, site visits, negotiations, documentation, and handover.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, clients, and developers.
Drive conversion of sourced leads into bookings while ensuring a superior client experience.
Conduct product trainings and regular engagement activities with channel partners to enhance productivity.
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, CRM, operations) to ensure smooth transaction completion.
Track and report sales and sourcing performance metrics against targets.
Stay updated on local market trends, competing projects, channel partner networks, and pricing dynamics.
Requirements
Experience :
3-6 years in real estate sales with at least 2 years in channel partner management, sourcing, and closing roles, preferably in
East and South Pune
micro-markets.
Skills :
Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Education :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
