Assistant Manager- Product Design (Plastics Part)

Job descriptionProduct Design & Development : Involved in the complete design and development of new products Hands-on experience with CATIA (V5) : Proficient in product design, surfacing, and 3D modeling using CATIA Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) : Managing the product design process from concept to production Product Re-engineering & Improvement : Enhancing existing products through design changes and improvements Surfacing : Skilled in creating complex surface models and optimizing for manufacturability Bill of Materials (BOM) : Creation and management of BOM for products 2D Drawings : Preparing detailed 2D technical drawings for manufacturing System Documentation : Proficient in creating and maintaining system documentation such as DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
Required Candidate Profile :
- Must have knowledge of plastic parts design and hands-on experience with CATIA V5
- Experience in surfacing , 3D drawing, and product development lifecycle
- Ability to create 2D drawings , BOM, and document system specifications like DFMEA
