We are a growing US IT Staffing firm looking to expand our client base. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) / Sales Executive / Account Manager with proven experience in US IT staffing sales who can bring in direct client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain new direct client relationships in the US IT staffing industry.
- Manage and grow existing client / vendor accounts.
- Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and existing relationships.
- Work closely with the recruiting team to deliver qualified candidates to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients and vendors.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and vendor partners .
Required Skills & Experience
3–10 years of proven experience in US IT staffing sales / business development .Must have direct client / vendor relationships with the ability to bring in new business.Strong knowledge of US staffing models (W2, 1099) and compliance.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment.Comfortable working in US shift timings .What We Offer
