Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Loan Processing Executive based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing customer interactions, supporting loan applications, coordinating documentation, and assisting with eligibility calculations. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers, preparing loan files, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with banks and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer acquisition (Lead Generation) and relationship management
• Loan file processing and documentation
• Eligibility calculation for loans
• Coordination with banks, customers, and internal teams
• Using Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and daily tasks
• On-field support for customer documentation (two-wheeler required)
