💼 Role Overview

We are looking for a Career Advisor (Bench Sales) to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad.

As a Career Advisor, you will play a crucial role in :

🎯 Offering personalized career counseling

🎯 Assessing individual professional goals

🎯 Advising on career development strategies

🎯 Supporting career management processes

You’ll engage with students and professionals, guiding them on their career paths and aligning their skills with the right opportunities to support our organizational objectives.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• 6 months – 1 year of experience as a Career Advisor
• Strong knowledge of Career Counseling, Development, and Management
• Experience in Student Counseling and Professional Guidance
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and empathy
• Ability to analyze and align individual strengths with opportunities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, HR, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
• Flexibility to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Prior experience in similar roles or industries is an added advantage
