Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Marketing Manager located in English Bazar. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Aakash's test-prep services. Daily tasks will include overseeing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, managing budgets, and leading a team to execute marketing initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure the alignment of marketing activities with business objectives. The individual will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring successful execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Strong skills in market research and data analysis
• Excellent team leadership and project management abilities
• Proficiency in digital marketing, content marketing, and social media management
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Experience in the education sector or test-prep industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
