We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager with a strong background in the beauty and personal care industry . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing and scaling business operations across leading marketplaces such as Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, Tira, Myntra , and quick commerce platforms like Blinkit and Zepto . Key Responsibilities : Manage and grow online business across all leading marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.

Develop and execute e-commerce sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Oversee listing, pricing, promotions, and campaign management across platforms.

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth operations.

Track, analyze, and report sales performance, consumer insights, and platform metrics.

Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and platform partners.

Monitor competitors, trends, and product performance to identify new growth opportunities.

Manage a P&L of over ₹100 Cr+ and ensure consistent business expansion.

Requirements : Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business , Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 6–10 years of e-commerce experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, haircare, or cosmetics industry .

Proven track record of managing marketplace operations with annual business over ₹100 Cr.

Strong analytical, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Proficiency in marketplace dashboards, analytics tools, and Excel.
