Work Exp : 5+ years in e-commerce, with 1+ years in senior management
Role & Responsibilities :
- Focus on the expansion and development of the brand's E-commerce marketplace presence to drive sales revenue, profit and ROI
- To create, plan and execute a clearly defined E-Commerce Marketplace strategy for the brand, while maintaining the highest level of customer experience.
- Optimize marketplace performance : work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize marketplace performance. This may involve analyzing performance data, developing marketing strategies, and implementing tactics to improve sales and revenue growth
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketplace, including inventory management, pricing, promotions, and product placement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with marketplace partners, negotiate terms, and resolve issues as needed.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive traffic and sales on the marketplace and website.
- Optimize product descriptions and data through enhanced Content, SEO, and Merchandising
- Evaluate potential new E-Commerce channels and distribution opportunities
- Oversee reporting of eCommerce activities and marketplace insights
- Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team
Qualification : Minimum Graduation

Experienced in growing businesses on Amazon or other high-volume eCommerce platformsDirect experience with Amazon, Flipkart, including P&L responsibilityProficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads, and other eCommerce platformsExperience with Amazon Vendor Central.Organized, and capable of managing multiple projects through prioritization and effective communicationStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skillsExcellent leadership and communication abilitiesSkilled in strategic planning and executionFamiliar with online market research and Amazon marketplace toolsProficient in MS Office and social media toolsStrong business development experience - the experience of building partnerships across multiple marketplaces and vendors.Proven track record of driving online sales growth
