Role Description :

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager in the Interior Industry.
• The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities and achieving sales targets.
• Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading the sales team to success.
• The Sales Manager will also participate in networking events and represent YoHo Designs in meetings with potential - Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development.
• Strong understanding of the interior design industry and market trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
• Leadership skills and experience in managing a sales team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in the interior design or related industry is a plus.
