Founded by experienced entrepreneurs with successful ventures in the hospitality and real estate sectors, YoHo Designs aims to create a $100 million brand within two years. We offer a wide range of creative and affordable interior designs that bring elegance and beauty to homes. Our goal is to expand to 100 employees and three experience centers in Bengaluru within a year, with further plans for nationwide expansion.

Position : Senior Sales Manager

Experience : 5+ years in Interior Design & Interior Sales

Location : Bangalore- Whitefield

Industry : Interior Design & Sales

What Were Looking For :

  • A result-driven professional with 5+ years of hands-on experience in interior sales.
  • Strong understanding of the interior design industry and customer needs.
  • Ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage end-to-end sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Developing and implementing sales plans for interior products / services.
  • Achieving revenue targets and managing sales pipelines.
  • Client Relationship Management

  • Building long-term relationships with architects, designers, builders, and corporate clients.
  • Handling key accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Interior Design Knowledge

  • Understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and spatial planning.
  • Ability to communicate design concepts and product value effectively.
  • Project Management

  • Coordinating with design, procurement, and installation teams.
  • Managing timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
  • Negotiation & Closing Skills

  • Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
  • What Youll Do :

  • Drive revenue through interior design project sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to deliver client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
