Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Reporting : Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Taxation : Manage direct and indirect tax filings, assessments, and ensure timely compliance with statutory regulations.
- Audit Support : Coordinate and assist in internal and external audits, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Budgeting & Forecasting : Develop budgets, monitor variances, and provide insights for business decisions.
- Reconciliation : Handle bank reconciliations, accounts payable / receivable, and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines, keeping updated with changing regulations.
- Cost Control : Analyze costs, identify areas for savings, and assist in cost optimization strategies.
Key Requirements :
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in handling audits and tax assessments.Knowledge of GST and TDS filing processes.Skills Required
