Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Reporting : Conduct in-depth financial analysis and prepare comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Auditing & Compliance : Lead internal audit engagements, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Financial Planning & Budgeting : Contribute to the annual financial planning and budgeting processes, helping to forecast future performance and allocate resources effectively.
• Risk Management & Mitigation : Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, safeguarding the company's assets and financial health.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with various departments, including Central Operations, International Business, Claims & Underwriting, and Finance, to provide financial insights and support their operational goals.
