Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Management Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand objectives. Handle daily operations across all social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement. Analyze audience trends and optimize posting schedules for better reach and performance. Content Creation & Branding Collaborate with the design and marketing team to create engaging visuals, videos, and copy. Write creative and compelling captions, hashtags, and posts that connect with the target audience. Ensure consistent brand tone, aesthetics, and messaging across all digital platforms. Performance & Analytics Track, measure, and report on key social media metrics (engagement, reach, followers, leads, etc.). Use insights to improve content strategies and campaign effectiveness. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform updates. Community Engagement Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Build and maintain a strong online community by engaging with followers and influencers. Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams for cross-promotional opportunities. Required Skills Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and current trends. Creative mindset with excellent communication & writing skills. Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred). Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
