Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic
Branded Content Sales / Business Growth Manager
to drive revenue growth by securing and executing branded content deals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, pitching creative content solutions, and ensuring successful campaign execution for Collective Creative Labs.
Key Responsibilities :
Execute branded content deals in collaboration with the ideation and creative teams.
Achieve assigned revenue targets on a monthly basis.
Meet clients and agencies to pitch relevant content solutions and secure deals.
Ensure seamless execution of signed deals, delivering all commitments within SLAs.
Develop deep knowledge of Collective Creative Labs' offerings and capabilities to propose innovative, monetizable content solutions.
Drive new business by onboarding new clients and exploring untapped categories.
Create and deliver customized cross-platform marketing materials that align with clients' business goals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Number of new clients acquired.
Client retention rate and repeat business.
Number of new events / IPs (Intellectual Properties) created.
Requirements :
3-5 years of experience in branded content sales, media sales, or digital advertising.
Strong understanding of content marketing, media platforms, and brand storytelling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client and agency relationships.
Experience in executing cross-platform marketing campaigns.
