Job descriptionDrive revenue growth through effective service renewals, collections, and customer retention initiatives. Manage budgets, P&L accountability, and cost control measures while ensuring financial performance aligns with business goals. Identify opportunities for business expansion through partnerships, corporate tie-ups, and new service offerings. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and internal audit standards. Maintain high-quality service standards aligned with Medantas patient care philosophy. Implement continuous improvement frameworks based on performance metrics and patient feedback. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of healthcare professionals, coordinators, and operational staff. Define performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence. Oversee workforce scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure optimal resource utilization. Liaise with government bodies, insurance providers, and corporate clients to ensure compliance and develop business partnerships. Oversee vendor and supplier management for medical equipment, consumables, and logistics. Ensure smooth coordination with hospital departments and corporate medical room operations. Monitor service quality, turnaround times, and patient satisfaction scores to ensure a best-in-class homecare experience. Establish robust feedback mechanisms and drive corrective actions where needed. Promote patient-centric initiatives and community engagement programs aligned with Medantas brand values. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Expertise in healthcare service delivery and operational process design. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Financial acumen with experience managing P&L. Data-driven approach with proficiency in performance metrics and reporting.

Alongside hospital-based services, Medanta is rapidly growing its Out-of-Hospital divisions, including Home Healthcare, Pathology, and Pharmacy, designed to deliver quality medical care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
We are now seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Head to lead our Home Healthcare business in Noida, driving operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
Role Overview :
The Operations Head Home Healthcare will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of homecare service delivery and business operations. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational acumen, people management skills, and an ability to drive efficiency and quality across multiple service lines.
Key Leadership :
- Lead and manage end-to-end operations of the Home Healthcare division, ensuring seamless service delivery across all patient touchpoints.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Oversee daily operational functions, including patient onboarding, service fulfillment, logistics, and aftercare coordination.

Qualifications & Experience :
Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Operations Management, or equivalent.
Experience : 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role within home healthcare, diagnostics, or hospital services.
