We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Communication Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in international calling, preferably within the US accounting process, and must be comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones. If youre a strong communicator with a background in accounting, commerce, or BPO / KPO services, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Communication
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls with international (mainly US-based) clients.
- Explain complex accounting-related services in a simple, clear, and professional manner.
- Maintain a neutral or American accent during calls.
- Actively listen to client concerns and respond appropriately.
- Exhibit professionalism and empathy on all client interactions.
- Lead Handling & Conversion
- Handle objections confidently and persuasively.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets and KPIs.
- Maintain proper documentation in CRM or tracking tools.
Required Qualifications & Experience :
1. Communication Skills
Excellent spoken and written English.Neutral or American accent is preferred.Ability to communicate technical / accounting concepts clearly and effectively.Strong listening and interpersonal skills.2. Professional Experience
1-3+ years in international calling (preferably in a US process).Experience in BPO, KPO, or accounting outsourcing firms is highly desirable.Past experience working with US-based small to mid-sized businesses.Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.3. Educational Background
Bachelors degree required.Preferred disciplines : Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.4. Working Hours
Must be willing to work US time zones (EST or PST shifts).This is a night shift role (India / Asia time).5. Soft Skills
