We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our market presence in Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in lead generation, and client relationship management, with experience in the [industry eg, technology, finance service] . This role requires market research, strategic sales planning, and deal closure to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the AU / NZ region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
- Present and pitch products / services to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to enhance sales efforts.
- Track and report sales metrics, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Requirements :
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.Proven success in lead generation, and closing high-value deals.Strong knowledge of the AU / NZ market, industry trends, and customer behaviors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc).Preferred Qualifications :
