Role Description :
As a Business Development Specialist, you will help drive customer acquisition in new markets, pioneer financial products for businesses and, develop a growth strategy. The position will require a strong sales background, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, persistence, and an interest in engaging with new business customers.
Job Location - Solitaire Corporate Park, Andheri, Mumbai
Work Model - Work from Office Mon-Fri. Saturdays and Sundays are off
Shift timings - US Shift Timings (6 : 00 PM to 3 : 00 AM)
Your Role :
Responsible for driving sales through new accounts for revenue growth with prime focus on outbound and Inbound leads, focused on US market
Developing and executing account plans to achieve targets : Account qualification, mapping, and delivering product presentations
Identify customers’ business objectives, uncover roadblocks, and multithread to establish a long term strategic partnership
Determine availability needs and objectives gains of businesses of proposed solution / services, tying back to customer business growth
Prospect potential clients using various direct methods, networking, and industry research
Serve as the key client contact on multiple account
Address complicated customer queries around our product offering

You take ownership and have a proven track record of results
Should have very high motivation and be a self-starter
Have 4-5+ years of experience working in sales
A strong relationship building skill with key decision-makers in small / medium & large-sized companies in the respective territory
Must be comfortable with an Individual-contributor role
Prior work experience in trade finance, international logistics, or any other field related to exports is a plus
