Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Cloud Delivery Leader!
Technology Engagement Manager to drive growth with planning, execution, and managing the delivery. As the Global Operating Leader of the account team, the candidate will be the owner who will drive business across multiple business lines with proposals and closure of requirements as well as client management. The candidate should have ample experience in Cloud Technology with a proven track record of account growth. You will work with sales to develop a winning strategy, develop it with the service line, then present for internal approval and customer acceptance. Your role will function as an overlay of existing technical and domain experts and bring value through service delivery pursuit and solution management skills.
Responsibilities
Lead the client conversations with CXO and CXO -1 as the Technology leader. Should have in-depth knowledge of technology and excellent communication skills
Lead mining efforts by identifying opportunities for proactive proposals, driving conversation with clients, and growing the overall engagement
Manage the overall delivery with end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and delivery excellence
Understand the pipeline of demand and work with clients, account teams, COEs and recruitment to ensure an appropriate supply of resources and proposals
Manage and lead complex stakeholders towards optimal solutions while helping them understand resource constraints and prioritisation
Responsible for financial management and reporting and optimizing processes
They are also expected to contribute to the wider goals of IT Services
Juggling multiple and conflicting priorities in a timely and sensitive way, with full transparency
Continuously improve the technical delivery model and strategy, implementing, and managing delivery with the associated teams
Contract management and execution with 3rd parties
RFP solutioning
Internal and external stakeholder involvement to keep them apprised of progress and address their needs
P&L management
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications / skills
Bachelor's Engineering with Computer Science or Information Technology / MBA and Masters of relevant discipline
Relevant experience in the software quality field including prior hands-on quality engineering experience
Demonstrated experience in leading technology practices including capability built, through leadership, interactions with third-party analysts, etc.
Expertise in leading multi-geo teams of size >
500 consisting of testers, automation engineers, DevOps experts, etc.
Preferred qualifications / skills
Familiarity with Cloud Technology
Understanding of multi-tier web application architecture and deployment
Understanding of existing Cloud best practices and methodologies to design, implement and automate processes
Prior success using a metrics-driven approach and closed-loop feedback to improve software deliverables and improve predictability and reliability of releases
Highly organized, detail-oriented, extremely responsive and able to prioritize a large number of tasks
Self-motivated work well independently and with others
