Hiring : AVP Databricks Squad Delivery Lead.
Locations : Experience : 14+ years.

Role Overview :

As the Databricks Squad Delivery Lead, you will oversee project delivery, team leadership, architecture reviews, and client engagement.

Youll be responsible for optimizing Databricks implementations across cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), while leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Databricks-based solutions.

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Databricks architecture, implementation, and optimization.

Collaborate with architects and engineers to design scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms.

Oversee Databricks workspace setup, performance tuning, and cost optimization.

Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.

Drive innovation within the team by implementing best practices, tools, and technologies.

Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

What We're Looking For :

Must-Have :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (Masters or MBA preferred).

Hands-on experience delivering data engineering / analytics projects using Databricks.

Experience managing cloud-based data pipelines on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Strong leadership skills and client-facing communication.

Preferred Skills :

Proficiency with Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow, and distributed computing.

Expertise in data engineering concepts (ETL, data lakes, data warehousing).

Certifications in Databricks or cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) are a plus.

Agile / Scrum or PMP certification is an added advantage.
