Profile Summary :
We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Vice President – Delivery to lead the delivery and business growth of our AI-driven solutions in the Travel, and Hospitality sectors. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of travel domain operations, AI / ML technologies, and P&L management. The ideal candidate will oversee global delivery, own the business unit's financial performance, and drive innovation to transform customer experience, revenue optimization, personalization, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Delivery Leadership
- Lead the successful end-to-end delivery of AI / ML and data-driven solutions tailored to the travel domain (e.g., airlines, OTAs, hospitality, loyalty, and GDS systems).
- Oversee large-scale, cross-functional delivery teams across data science, machine learning, data engineering, and MLOps.
- Ensure excellence in delivery execution, aligning with client KPIs, SLAs, compliance standards, and digital transformation goals.
- Implement reusable AI accelerators for demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, personalization, customer segmentation, chatbot automation, and real-time anomaly detection.
P&L Management
Own the P&L for the Travel vertical, accountable for topline revenue growth, cost optimization, gross margins, and EBITDA.Partner with the sales and account management teams to grow existing accounts and win new logos in the travel sector.Forecast revenue, manage budgets, and report on financial and operational performance to the executive leadership team.Client Engagement & Growth
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within client organizations (airlines, hotels, OTAs, travel management companies, etc.).Lead solution discussions, value articulation, and co-creation workshops that drive business outcomes.Cultivate long-term strategic partnerships through consistent delivery performance and AI-led innovation.Capability & Team Development
Build, manage, and scale a high-performance global delivery organization with AI / ML domain expertise.Drive hiring, mentoring, upskilling, and retention of top-tier talent across delivery and consulting roles.Strategic Planning & Innovation
Collaborate with product and R&D teams to define travel-centric AI offerings and reusable IP.Monitor industry trends (e.g., personalization at scale, AI chatbots, dynamic pricing engines, intelligent disruption handling) and integrate emerging technologies into the service portfolio.Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.Required Qualifications :
15+ years of overall experience in technology or consulting, with 7+ years in leadership roles driving AI / ML delivery.Demonstrated success in owning a P&L in a service-oriented business, ideally within the travel industry .Deep understanding of travel platforms such as PSS, GDS, CRS, DCS, NDC, and related industry data standards.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is preferred.Familiarity with AI / ML frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and MLOps tools.Key Attributes :
