This role demands a mature HR professional with strong leadership, business partnering, and operational excellence capabilities to ensure alignment of HR practices with business objectives.Job Title - HR Branch Head, HyderabadLocation - HyderabadExperience - 10–12 yearsReporting - Talent Acquisition & Talent Management HeadKey Responsibilities1.Talent Acquisition & OnboardingDrive recruitment strategy for the branch across all functions in alignment with manpower plans.Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, evaluate candidates, and ensure timely closures.Oversee onboarding and induction to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition experience.2.HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle ManagementManage the full HR lifecycle : onboarding, confirmation, performance reviews, transfers, and exits.Ensure timely and accurate documentation, data management, and HRIS updates.Oversee payroll coordination, attendance; leave management, and employee database accuracy.3.Employee Engagement & CommunicationDesign and execute employee engagement programs to foster motivation and retention.Act as the cultural ambassador to build a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Facilitate open communication channels between employees and management to ensure a transparent workplace.4.Performance Management & DevelopmentDrive the performance management process, ensuring goal setting, reviews, and feedback discussions are effectively conducted.Identify learning and development needs and partner with the L&D team to deliver relevant programs.5.Employee Relations & Disciplinary MattersServe as the first point of contact for employee relations and grievance redressal.Handle disciplinary issues in line with company policy and statutory norms.Promote fairness, integrity, and adherence to organizational values in all HR practices.6.Compliance & Statutory RequirementsEnsure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements for the branch.Liaise with local authorities, auditors, and consultants for periodic inspections and audits.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and regulatory developments impacting HR.7.HR Analytics & ReportingTrack and analyze HR metrics such as attrition, hiring trends, and employee engagement.Provide regular updates to leadership on HR KPIs and recommend process improvements.Qualifications & Skills1. Master’s degree in Human Resources Management / MBA (HR) / relevant field.2. 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably managing site or regional HR independently.3. Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes — recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and exit management.4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.5. High maturity, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.6.
