About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR leader to head the Human Resources function for a fast-growing real estate organization specializing in residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR systems, policies, and teams while engaging directly with site-based employees to ensure operational excellence and a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and project requirements.
- Build and lead an internal HR team to manage recruitment, training, payroll, compliance, and performance management.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for corporate and site-based roles.
- Conduct regular site visits to engage with project teams, resolve HR issues, and ensure labor compliance.
- Implement employee engagement, recognition, and grievance redressal programs.
- Identify and execute training and development initiatives across departments.
- Establish and enforce HR policies, digitize HR processes, and ensure statutory compliance.
Requirements :
MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.15+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors.Proven experience managing site-based workforce operations.Excellent knowledge of labor laws and compliance practices.Strong communication in English, Hindi, and preferably Telugu.Willingness to travel to multiple project sites.
