Job Overview

Rubik Infotech Pvt Ltd is seeking a Sales Business Development professional to join our team in Ahmedabad and Vadodara . This full-time position is ideal for candidates with a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The role focuses on expanding our market presence and delivering superior cybersecurity solutions to our clientele . The candidate will play a key role in driving sales and fostering relationships with potential clients. Fresher are also encouraged to apply if they meet the qualification requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in lead generation and cyber security sales (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in delivering engaging sales presentations to potential clients to articulate our solutions effectively.
  • Good Communication Skill.
  • Experience in cold calling techniques to reach out to potential leads and initiate the sales process
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity solutions and their impact on businesses
  • Familiarity with network security solutions and how they can protect client digital assets
  • Adept at solution selling, focusing on customer needs and tailoring pitches to align with client goals
  • Strong client relationship management skills to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by leveraging lead generation skills and market insights
  • Engage in proactive outreach through cold calling to generate potential leads and set up meetings
  • Conduct detailed sales presentations to showcase Rubik Infotech's cybersecurity solutions
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand client-specific requirements and develop tailored proposals
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through ongoing communication
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and improve sales tactics
  • Participate in industry events and forums to represent the company and promote its solutions
  • Report on sales activities and progress to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
