Key Responsibilities :
- Strategically identify scope in the North American and European markets using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing campaigns. Conduct data research and outreach to target key decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Sales Cycle Management : Independently manage the entire sales process, pre-sales consultations, project closure, and post-sales handover.
- Client Consultation & Closure : Lead in-depth discussions with potential clients to understand their needs and handle the entire consultation cycle. Close deals for custom web and mobile development projects on various models, including Time & Materials (TMM), Full-Time Resource Augmentation, and Fixed Price.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of Lead Generation and Data Research Analysts. Manage their day-to-day activities, performance, follow-ups, and calls to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
- Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement new strategies for lead generation to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads.
- Technical & Documentation Acumen : Work with various custom technologies like Node.js, React, Angular, and React Native. Verify pre-sales documentation such as Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Proposals, and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
- Tool Proficiency : Utilize data research tools like Apollo.io, CRMs such as HubSpot, and other sales automation tools to optimize the sales process.
- Reporting : Manage and report on day-to-day activities and sales pipeline progress for both yourself and your team members.
Required Skills & Communication : Fluent in both oral and verbal English communication, with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
