This role is part of Finance Operations with the successful candidate being a valuable contributor to the team. The Team Lead is responsible for supporting Kenvue's Finance Operations processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

Process responsibilities-

• Support the timely closing & execution of financial periods as per closing calendar and in accordance with SLA commitments, fully observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements
• Accountable for completeness, accuracy and validity of the actuals reported within process / entity scope
• Deep expertise, fully knowledgeable of the worldwide procedures and compliance requirements for respective areas
• Regular focus on Balance Sheet reconciliations to minimize open items
• Understand, adhere, and execute per worldwide policies and procedures. Identify compliance risks and recommend solutions
• Recruit, onboard and training of new joiners
• Liase with senior finance leadership across Tax, Treasury, Business Unit Finance, Internal Audit and other Kenvue finance teams
• Champion & influence strategy & solutions demonstrating strong business acumen
• Generate ideas, fosters, and implements continuous improvement mindset, identifying and pursuing process efficiency opportunities
• Influence and execute process improvements, generating ideas and implementing in line with global standards
• Remain updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rules, and latest technologies
