Senior Technical Lead

Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Administrator with deep expertise in CI / CD , ALM , PowerShell , and YAML-based automation . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Power Platform environments, performing tenant-level migrations, and enforcing governance through DLP policies and Admin Center configurations.

key Responsibilities :

Administer and govern Power Platform environments across the organization.

Design and implement CI / CD pipelines for Power Apps and Power Automate using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Manage ALM processes including solution export / import, version control, and environment strategy.

Automate platform operations using PowerShell scripts and YAML workflows .

Perform tenant-level migration of apps and flows, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.

Configure and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies across environments.

Monitor and manage environments via the Power Platform Admin Center , including analytics, capacity, and user access.

Collaborate with security and compliance teams to align platform usage with organizational standards.

Provide governance, best practices, and support to makers and developers.

Troubleshoot platform issues including authentication, connector limits, and performance bottlenecks.

Preferred Skills :

Strong experience with Power Platform Admin Center and environment governance.

Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and YAML for automation and CI / CD.

Deep understanding of ALM in Power Platform (managed / unmanaged solutions).

Experience with Azure DevOps , GitHub , or other CI / CD tools.
