Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, ensuring technical excellence and growth.
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems using Python frameworks.
- Oversee deployments, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in Linux environments.
- Manage application deployment, scaling, and monitoring on Kubernetes clusters.
- Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams to ensure system reliability and high availability.
- Establish and enforce best practices in coding, architecture, and security.
