Job descriptionExperience : 1-3 years in lead generation, telecalling, or inside sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to handle rejections and remain positive and motivated. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills . Prior experience in B2B / B2C lead generation . Familiarity with cold calling scripts and objection handling techniques.
We are hiring for Lead Generation / Inside Sales Executive for our Organization.
IT Sales experience is mandatory.

Job Location : Vikhroli, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
- Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria (BANT Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline).
- Explain products and services, highlighting their value proposition.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and call details.
- Follow up with leads regularly to nurture and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve weekly / monthly lead generation targets .
