We are hiring for Lead Generation / Inside Sales Executive for our Organization.
IT Sales experience is mandatory.

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
- Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria (BANT Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline).
- Explain products and services, highlighting their value proposition.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and call details.
- Follow up with leads regularly to nurture and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve weekly / monthly lead generation targets .
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience : 1-3 years in lead generation, telecalling, or inside sales.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .Ability to handle rejections and remain positive and motivated.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills .Preferred Qualifications :
