We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful IT Recruiter with a strong command of social media sourcing techniques to join our talent acquisition team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing candidates via platforms like , Instagram , and other modern sourcing tools, with a passion for identifying top tech talent.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source and attract candidates through social media platforms including , Instagram, Twitter, and niche tech communities.
- Utilize advanced search techniques (Boolean, X-ray, etc.) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across various technologies and roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Maintain candidate databases and track sourcing metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social recruiting and talent acquisition.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment with a focus on social media sourcing.Proven expertise in using Recruiter, Instagram, and other sourcing tools like Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions.Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
