Key Responsibilities :

• Source and attract candidates through social media platforms including , Instagram, Twitter, and niche tech communities.
• Utilize advanced search techniques (Boolean, X-ray, etc.) to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across various technologies and roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Maintain candidate databases and track sourcing metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social recruiting and talent acquisition.
