Role Description :

Were on a mission to transform how data and analytics drive decision-making across the global media landscape and were looking for a strategic, people-first leader to help make it happen.

As the Vice President Business Intelligence (SVP, Offshore Lead Decisioning), you will lead an exceptional offshore team of analysts, engineers, and reporting specialists who deliver high-impact analytics and data-driven insights across Dentsu Medias North American operations.

This is a pivotal leadership role within our growing Decisioning (Data & Analytics) practice where youll shape delivery excellence, build scalable processes, mentor world-class talent, and partner closely with global leadership to expand our capabilities and client impact.

What Youll Do : .

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary offshore team focused on analytics, data engineering, ad operations, and end-to-end reporting.
• Build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Oversee operational delivery excellence aligned to strategic priorities.
• Drive quality, automation, and process improvement across all workflows.
• Act as the primary bridge between offshore delivery teams and onshore leadership.
• Partner across geos to shape the future of Dentsus end-to-end Decisioning 12-15 years experience spanning digital media, analytics, and performance marketing.
• Proven track record leading BI or analytics teams in an offshore or distributed model.
• Expertise in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and data analytics platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on operational mindset.
