Job description

The incumbent will be heading Tamil Nadu for Corporate Broking in a team handling role capacity.

Candidate should have 10-12 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Broking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and nurture strategic relationships with brokers and manage direct client engagements at state level to ensure business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Generate and expand Commercial Lines business through proactive market engagement and solution-oriented approaches.
  • Maintain and update quote sheets, track conversion ratios, and ensure accurate reporting for business performance monitoring.
  • Address and resolve underwriting and servicing issues, ensuring timely responses to queries raised by brokers and corporate clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive portfolio reviews and data-driven analysis; prepare and deliver client presentations with actionable insights and recommend optimal risk management solutions.
  • Manage and monitor IMD payout processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
