Roles & Responsibilities :
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive branch sales targets across retail assets, liabilities, and fee-based products
- Achieve growth in CASA (Current Account Savings Account) portfolio and increase wallet share
- Cross-sell bank products including loans, insurance, investments, cards, and transaction banking solutions
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, motivate, and manage the branch sales team to achieve individual and team targetsMonitor daily sales activities, track performance metrics, and provide coaching and feedbackConduct periodic performance reviews and identify training needs to improve team capabilitiesCustomer Engagement & Service Excellence
Ensure superior customer experience by maintaining high service standards and quick resolution of complaintsConduct customer engagement programs and events to deepen client relationships and drive loyaltyBranch Operations & Compliance
Ensure adherence to bank policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines within the branchOversee branch security, cash handling, and operational efficiencyMonitor timely submission of MIS reports and ensure audit compliances are metBusiness Development & Market Expansion
